This is the Kosher-iest for-Passover-iest matzo of them all! Hand-baked the extremely old-fashioned way, with carefully guarded flour, rested water, and just the right amount of fire-kissed char.

It’s well-done. On purpose. Crackly, blistered, and not messing around – because for this week, tradition really matters.

This is what you bring to the Seder when you want to look charming, correct, and thoughtful.

Produced in very limited quantities and available for a short time pre-Passover. This is not a “make a million of them” situation.

A WORD OF WARNING, MATZO LOVERS….

This delicate, paper-thin matzo comes to us straight from Romania where it was lovingly hand-kneaded by a group of intrepid Ukrainian refugees in the hopes of building a new life for themselves.

Odds are, after traveling from Bucharest to Brooklyn and then braving UPS on the way to your family’s table, it’s unlikely to show up still in one round piece! 

And while we would’ve loved for you to have received pristine, uncracked matzo,  we’re proud of the origins of our Shmura and the imperfect journey it had to take to get to your Seder plate…and we hope you will be too. Chag Sameach!
